With staff enjoying modern offices and utilising the efficiency of Halcrow's groupwide computing, information and management systems, Halcrow in Scotland provides infrastructure based business solutions, consultancy and services to our clients locally, nationally and internationally.

Halcrow in Scotland has kept pace with the dramatic changes in the consulting sector over recent years. We are participating actively in Design and Construct, DBFO and other PFI and PPP forms of procurement, enabling us to successfully broaden our traditional central government, local authority and private sector client base to include leading contractors, consortia and financial and legal firms.

As well as providing the full range of group skills in the transportation, water, property and consulting sectors, Halcrow in Scotland is recognised as a centre of excellence within the group in the specialist fields of strategic public policy planning, sports events, building façade retention, major long span steel bridges, Ro-Ro terminals and nuclear and seismic engineering.

There is scarcely a part of Scotland without projects demonstrating the development of Halcrow's skills and ingenuity. From earlier port, railway, highway and hydro electric projects, Halcrow's Scottish operations have broadened to cover a wide range of major projects in all sectors and include significant works in England, in Northern and Southern Ireland and internationally.
