With our roots as a ports practice, we have remained at the forefront of maritime and coastal engineering for over 140 years.

Halcrow's technically diverse team supplies the full range of expertise for the planning, management, inspection, analysis, design, and construction management of waterfront and offshore projects.

We have over 250 maritime specialists around the world, including project managers, port planners, coastal scientists, simulation and modelling experts, and engineer divers.

The Intrepid aircraft carrier is the centrepiece of the Intrepid Sea Air Space Museum at Pier 86 on the Hudson River in New York City.

The Halcrow designed pier supports the Intrepid as well as other permanently-moored and visiting vessels.
